Organising a trip away is a big responsibility and can be quite daunting, which is why we include a dedicated Tour Representative as standard for all of our tours. They can provide on-hand support to ensure your trips runs smoothly, making life that little bit easier.
They’ll help with the practical and logistical arrangements of your tour, with many being able to speak the local language, allowing you to focus on ensuring your children have a life-changing experience.
A Tour Representative will:
Provide you with a first point of contact to resolve any questions
Stay with your group for the entire duration of your tour.
Be familiar with your itinerary and the local area to assist you with all the logistics of your tour
Assist with any issues, accident and emergencies should anything happen whilst away.
Where possible, be fluent in the language spoken in your destination*
