We will start to formulate what the specifics of the tour looks like and the Travel for Sport team will advise on the best options to suit your requirements. We will then construct a bespoke package and itinerary for your group. 

Having discussed all your requirements in full, our team will then deliver a detailed tour proposal including prices, inclusions, and your provisional itinerary. All our tours are completely bespoke, so if you have any queries or would like to make any adjustments, all you have to do is let us know and we will make the adjustments and send you the amended proposal. 

Once you are happy with the proposal and pricing, this is when you will launch the tour to your students, players, parents, and other staff. If you wish, and we would recommend this, a member of the Travel for Sport team will come into school to present the tour to parents and answer any questions parents or the tour participants may have. 

We recommend that following the launch you then collect deposits whilst you have the momentum, usually 7 to 14 days after the launch date. Contact Travel for Sport with your final numbers and we will revise prices and make any adjustments necessary. 

 

Travel for Sport will then provide you with an agreed package, booking form, terms and conditions, a payment schedule, and a deposit invoice for you to review and approve. Once you are happy, complete the booking form and return it to us along with the deposit payment and this will confirm your tour with Travel for Sport. 

 

First Deposit: On confirmation of booking 

Second Deposit: 1-3 months after first deposit 

Final Balance: 12 weeks before departure date 

Upon receipt of the first deposit payment, we’ll begin to build your tour itinerary, keeping you updated every step of the way. At Travel for Sport, we take great pride to ensure that your friendly fixtures are appropriately matched. We will discuss your group’s standard, and may even request any recent results against other teams to best assess the level, which will give us the opportunity to secure friendly fixtures against similar standard local opposition. 

 

You will be sent your Full Tour Pack no later than two weeks before your departure date. At this point, you are all set for your tour, and you can enjoy making your final preparations at school or club before it is time to depart. During your tour, Travel for Sport will have included a local representative to meet you on arrival, and we will ensure that you have a local point of contact throughout your tour as well as 24 hour support from our Travel for Sport team.
